Is removing the old bathroom included?
Your quote should say who removes the old bathroom, who takes the waste away and whether both costs are included.
Will I be without a bathroom during fitting?
Some stages prevent normal use of the room. Availability depends on the work, so arrangements for an only bathroom need to be agreed beforehand.
Can you fit a different bathroom layout?
A new layout may be possible, subject to the drainage, water supply and room dimensions. Any extra plumbing belongs in the written quote.
